Ron Orsak

Ron Orsak is the superintendent of Osborne County Schools in Kansas. In his first year he convened teachers and administrators to define what good teaching should look like at Osborne, and built an evaluation process that starts with the teacher naming what they want watched. He calls his approach the nudge method: accelerate teachers in the direction they are already going rather than pile on new tasks.
