Matt Driessen

Matt Driessen is the superintendent and principal at DeSmet School in Montana. He took over a district ranked near the bottom of the state and rebuilt it from the board and community level up before turning to instruction. He believes a formal evaluation should be a summary of feedback the teacher has already heard, not a surprise.
