Kodi Sumpter

Kodi Sumpter is the superintendent of Des Moines Municipal Schools, a small rural district in New Mexico. She grew up in Des Moines and returned home, and has spent 12 years as an administrator there. She believes a teacher's evaluation is a relationship, not a form.
