Dr. Brooke Morgan

Dr. Brooke Morgan leads technology and innovative programs at Talladega County Schools, including the district's Title I-funded Dynamic Learning Partners. She keeps coaching non-evaluative but data-driven, using short pre- and post-assessments so coaches and teachers can see whether the work actually moved student learning.
